within walking distance
Café des Pins - Located in l’Auberge du Domaine des Pins, only a 10 min walk from Chalet Balétor, this cute little café a healthy breakfast and lunch. You can also purchase meals to go there such as soups and quiches. The dining room and terrasse overlook lac Sarrazin making it the perfect destination for a leisurely walk.
Yoga classes - in the same building as the café, France teaches yoga a few times per week. You can view times and book classes via the link here.
Massage and Spa - on the lower ground floor of that same building, Espace Yin offers massages and other treatments. We highly recommend the massages with Valérie (some of the best we have ever had!). They usually have availability at short notice.
Dépanneur Harnois - off the main road is a gas station which also sells basic food items for all the nearby cottages. They also have an SAQ license and have a decent selection of wine and spirits.
